At Kaj’s Engraving, every product is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are personalized, our return policy differs slightly from standard retail stores. Please review the terms below carefully:
1. Custom & Personalized Orders
All engraved and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
We provide digital proofs or order confirmations before engraving. Please review all details carefully.
If an error occurs on our end (wrong engraving, incorrect item, or quality issue), we will replace or correct the item at no extra cost.
2. Non-Custom Products
Non-custom, unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
A refund or exchange will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before engraving or production begins.
Once engraving starts, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
